He was predeceased by: his father Anthony; his siblings, Anthony Abston, Jr. and Mildred Byars; and his niece Donna Vinson. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Abston; his children, Christopher Abston (Lisa) and Jerri Lynn Dutton (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Ryan Abston, Alex Abston (Caitlin), Taylor Dutton, Blake Abston (Angel), Landon Dutton (Malea), Zachary Dutton (Christin) and Emma Claire Abston. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
