He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Smith and Elvie Mae Smith; and his siblings, Gene Smith, Thelma White (Wayne) and Cora Lee Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Tammy Marcrum, Elisha Smith (Eddie Deines) and Renee Barnett (Chris); his grandchildren, Clay Woodley, Tyler Rush, Connor Rush, Cade Barnett, Cailey Barnett and Levi Marcrum; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Ragland (Denean) and Mary Ann Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
