She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Hilton and Effie Shell Hilton; her sister Jean; her son Richard Brent Harris; and her husband Doyle E. Harris.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Hilton Harris (Cathy), Patti Dawn Wilkerson (Dale) and Tamara Kathleen Trudeau (Bill). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
