He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Paul and Lois Paul; his sister Janice Payne; his sister-in-law Diane Paul; and his grandson Daniel Estes.
He is survived by: his significant other Judy Paul (Julia); his daughters, Tiffany Ross, Tammy Olmstead (Jeff) and Wanda Crum; his brother Joe Paul; and his brother-in-law Jerry Payne. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
