He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Waters and Laverne Waters; and his sister Rebecca Waters Dumais (Becky). He is survived by: his sons, Allan (Tabitha) and John (Brandy); his grandsons, Caleb and Jacob; his aunt Joyce; his sisters, Jane Wilkinson, Jean Dimick and Janet Hayden; his brother-in-law Arthur Dumais; and his siblings' children, Tiffany and Nicholas.
