Martha Ann Drain Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Martha Ann Drain (Gardendale, Alabama), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Martha left this world on September 19, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Henry Drain; and her parents, Albert Edward Toney and Myrtle Mae Toney. She is survived by: her daughter Sonya Dee Drain Moore; her son-in-law John Paul Moore; her grandchildren, Heather Marie Moore (Ash) and Judah Michael Moore; her great grandchild Isabella Rose Marie Hallmark; her siblings, Olen C. Toney, Mary F. Ryan and Linda F. Adams; and her caregivers, Laura, Cheryl and Gail. She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews, as well as several great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
