He was predeceased by: his son Philip Michael Loebler; and his father Rudolf Michael Loebler. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Flowers Loebler; his daughter Carmen Michelle Hughes (Blair); his granddaughter Kendall Nicole Hughes; his mother Edna Ingram Loebler; his brother Norman Alan Loebler (Gracie); his niece Kristen Atkins (Jeff); his nephew Michael Joseph Loebler (Kimberlee); his great-niece Kaelyn Atkins; and his great-nephew Mason Atkins. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
