He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Moman and Lois Moman; his mother-in-law Opal Markham; and his brother Barry Moman. He is survived by: his wife Pam Markham; his daughters, Corrie Thorne (JD) and Ellen Chandlee (Evan); his grandchildren, Piper, Millie, Oliver Thorne, Opal and Dean Chandlee; his brothers, David (Cindy) and Ernie (Sally); and his sister-in-law Kelli Davis (Allen). He is also survived by extended family and many close friends.
