She was predeceased by: her parents, William Page and Elsie Page; her husband James Mayfield; her daughter Cathy Mayhew; her son-in-law Syd Mayhew; her daughter Barbara Jan Ferguson; and her great grandchild Shelby Grace Hays.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Burks (Pam), Connie Cook (Lou) and Sheila McCarty (Lynn); and her son-in-law Jeffrey Ferguson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and close family friends.
