She was predeceased by: her husband Robert David Sample, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert David Sample, Jr. (Gloria), Gary Michael Sample (JoAnn), Joseph Phillip Sample (Deborah) and Paula Kaye Eubanks (Ron). She is also survived by five grandchildren;six great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.
