She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Freeman and Lucille Freeman; and her siblings, Louann Ramondo, Sharon Warner, Pamela Freeman, Leon Freeman and Douglas Freeman.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lee Lewis; her son Jason Lee Lewis; her siblings, Fay Mays (Herman) and Phillip Freeman (Grace); and her siblings-in-law, Doris Freeman, Mary Jo, Jay Warner, Sandy Garren (Jim) and Sharon Jones (Bobby). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In Leu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Enon Baptist Church foster child care fund .
