She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Smith and Ruth Smith; and her siblings, Frances Brasher, Charlotte Acton and Johnny Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Doug Anthony; her daughter Brenda Smith; her stepson Scott Anthony (Sherry); her brother Basil Smith (Kay); her stepgrandsons, Hunter Anthony and Ryan Anthony; and her stepgreat-grandson Pace Anthony. She is also survived by sister-in-law and caretaker.
