He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Edward Williams and Mary Ayres Williams; and his brother Steven Edward Williams. He is survived by: his son Alexander Scott Williams; his brother Mark Williams; his niece Jessica Phillips; and his nephew Caden Kilpatrick (Ava). He is also survived by father and brother who always put his family.
