She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Blake; and her daughter Bonnie Anita Mead. She is survived by: her children, Belinda Gail Cox (Randy), Joyce Denise Gamel (Chris), Deborah Ann Daniels and Carl Anthony "Tony" Blake. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 3 siblings as well as a host of extended family.
