He is survived by: his wife Fay Willingham; his sons, Jeff Willingham (Cindy) and Joel Willingham (Cindy); his grandchildren, Shea, Ben, Chris, Alex and Justin; his great grandchildren, Destiny and Skylar; and his sister Jane Willingham.
