Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Billy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, R. V. Miller and Dixie Blount Miller; and his sister Martha Miller Habbard. He is survived by: his sister JoAnn Forehand; his brother-in-law Addis Habbard; and his sibling's children, Byron Forehand (Rita), Janet Deel (Doug), Lisa Dukes (David), Michelle Turvin (Keith) and Adam Habbard (Leslie).
