He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Allen Hand and Martha Amy Clark Hand. He is survived by: his children, Steve Hand (Connie) of Dothan, AL and Sherri Vernon (Dave) of Winter Garden, FL.; his grandchildren, Dustin Hand (Edie), Derek Hand, Richmond Vernon (Bailey) and Audrey Maccagnano (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Scarlet, Vonzi, Parker, Tulley of Boone, A. J. and Troy; and his sister Velma Freeman.
