He is survived by: his children, Stacy Smithart (Billy) of Geneva, Sherri Miller (Tim) of Westville, Florida and Shannon Quattlebaum (Cindy Cadmus) of Hartford, Alabama; his grandchildren, Dustin Adams (Meagan), Shelby Smithart (Alyssa), Luke Smithart (Kaitlyn), Addison Quattlebaum and Logan Quattlebaum; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Adams, Judson Adams, Bryson Crosby and Walker Smithart; and his sister Elaine Quattlebaum Bryant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
