He is survived by: his parents, Emery M. Moore and Eileen D. Moore; his wife Teresa Lynne Willingham of Duke, Oklahoma; his children, Tara Hartman (Jeff), James and Christina Long (Spencer); and his siblings, Kathryn King and Andy Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
