He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyce Wayne Huggins and Lela Black Huggins (Elsie Adams); his wife Martha Jo Williams Huggins; and his sister Sylvia Jean Huggins Woodall (John Woodall). He is survived by : his daughter Beth Huggins Watts; his granddaughter Katie Belle Long; his sons-in-law, Tracy James and Michael Marston; his grandchildren, Zac James, Lindsay James (Daniel), Justin James, Joley James (Matt), Jared Long (Carson), Zander Long (Alyssa), Gracie Watts, Thomas Watts (Hannah) and Griffin Marston; his great grandchild Jackson Wayne Long; and his brother-in-law Randy Williams (Carol). He is also survived by Many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
