She was predeceased by : her parents, Mattie Cook and Ethan Cook; her brothers, Jordan Cook and Will Tom "Tommy" Cook, Sr.; her grandson Michael "Ethan" Cook; and her nephew Gary Cook.

She is survived by : her sons, Michael "Tony" Cook, Terry Cook (Bendy), Darrell Smith (Loretta) and Andrew Smith; her stepchildren, Wanda Goodwin and Donnie Smith (Peggy); and her nephew Steve Cook (Susan). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, and a host of beloved friends.
