He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Guice and Geneva Guice; and his grandson Michael Krys. He is survived by: his wife Carol Guice; his children, Jeff Guice (Amy) and Celeste Krys (Alan); his sister Mary Sue Dobbs; and his granddaughters, Summer Elbrecht, Valerie Krys, Sophia DuRose and Rachel DuRose.
