He is survived by: his wife Mary Magdalene Webb; and his children, Raymond Wallace Webb (Ericka), Jo Elaine Tice (John William) of Crossville and Mary Amanda Beaver (Richard) of Witcha Falls. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren.
