She was predeceased by : her father Grady Henson; and her brothers, Grady Earl Henson and Rodney Henson. She is survived by : her husband Robert Lawrence "Bob" Simmons, Jr. of Gilbertown, AL; her children, Grady Phillips (Meri) of Forkland, AL and Kathy Boatman (Jack VanWinkle) of Medora, IL; her sister Nette Williams (Larry) of Meridian, MS; her grandchildren, Brandie Brawley, Jimmy Brawley, Jeff Phillips and Derek Phillips; her adoptive children, Beverly White and Sammy Bonner; and her friends, Ron, Karen DeSuza and Carol Grunizer. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
