He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Burrell Clark and Mattie Elora Donald Clark; and his siblings, James O. Clark, Wyman Audrey Clark, Fannie Mae Clark Taylor, Martha Emma Clark Hutchinson, Catherine Clark Maten, Jewel Clark Franks Carney and Sara Elizabeth Clark Carney.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Downing Clark; his sons, Gary Frederick Clark and Gregory Thomas Clark; his grandchildren, Bradley Allen Clark (Harolyn) and Addison Thomas Clark (Paige); and his great grandchild Banks Allen Clark.
