He is survived by: his wife Glenda A Messina; his stepchildren, Angie Woodruff (Ronnie), Monica Richardson (Derell) and Adam Holder (Kelly); his children, Joe Messina (Cristiane) and Carolyn Messina (Chuck); and his sisters, Leigh Connolly (Brian), Lisa Messina and Maureen Messina Orr. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and a nephew.
