She was predeceased by: her husband Clatis Long; her son Leighton Joel Long; her parents, George Washington Turner and Bobbie Louise Clark Turner; and her siblings, Leonard Turner, Janell Lafferty, Glenese Gibson, Winifred Turner, Geraldine Smith and Gladdis Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Long (Shantay), Tammy Long Newsome (Vol), LaDonna Long Jordan (Ken) and Eva Chan Long Coody (Jason); and her brothers, Donald Turner and Gayron Turner. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren.
