Paul Dumas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025, at the age of 62, Paul Dumas of Goodwater, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Paul may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Paul touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dumas Jr. and Evelyn Lee Ashley Dumas; and his siblings, Barbara Dumas Horn, Larry, Oscar and Roger Dale Dumas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Savannah Jo Dumas of Goodwater and Tonya Dumas Wentzell (David) of Goodwater; and his brother Leve Dumas (Trina) of Panama City, Florida. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home-Ashland (85499 AL-9, Ashland, AL 36251).
