He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Joyce Lyles Daniel; his brother Bobby Reed Daniel; his nephew Barry Reed Daniel; and his parents, Kinnie Daniel and Myrtle E. Elledge Daniel.
He is survived by: his son Neil Laverne Daniel of Gordo; his brother Donald Kenneth Daniel of Gordo; his granddaughter Torey Lynn Estes (Cody Dale); and his great grandchildren, Landon Trace Acker, Mason Cade Acker, Allie Presley Estes and Creek Mason Estes.
