He is survived by: his wife Gwen House Sullivan; his children, Kelley Whitley (William), Kristin Colburn (Jesse), Brett Bridges (Ann) and Brad Sullivan (Melissa); his brother Rickey Sullivan (Renee); his grandchildren, Blake Bridges, Braeden Bridges, Will Whitley, Harrison Colburn and Bennett Colburn; and his aunt Louise Crawford.
