He was predeceased by: his wife Ann McLeod Howell; his parents, Charlie Howell and Ola D. Howell; and his siblings, Jim Howell (Dee), Jessie Howell (Juanita) and Ruby Henderson (Ivison).
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Davis, Janice Golden (Jimmy), Mary Jo Collie (Brian) and Kenneth W. Howell; his granddaughter Megan Orr (Ben); his great grandchildren, Holland and Callie Jean Orr; and his sister Sarah Christensen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dillard Funeral Home (206 Old Hwy 231 N, Troy, AL 36081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
