She was predeceased by: her husband Grady H. Abernathy; her mother Maude Wallace; and her brother Marshall Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Abernathy (Jennifer), Angie Tate and Tracy Abernathy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous cousins.
