She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Otwell and Emma Jane Pollard Otwell; her husband Charles Emery Wiggins; her sons, David and Dennis Wiggins; and her siblings, Hazel Whitman, Lemma Gibbs, Nell Snow, Ray and Noel Otwell.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Lovvorn and Kenneth Wiggins; her sister Mary Warren; and her grandchildren, Stacy Lovvorn (Greta), Shane Lovvorn, Suzanne Rehberg (Robert), Shannon Cobb (Scott) and Kellie Pope (Timothy). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to Benefield Funeral Home to go towards final expenses.
