It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Odessa Lynd Dixon of Grand Bay, Alabama, born in Kreole, Mississippi, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Dixon (Bobby); her parents, Burnham Lynd and Annis Lynd; her siblings, Rosa Lynd Williams and Edward E. Lynd; and her granddaughter Jillian Dixon Faggard.
She is survived by : her daughters, Rosalynd Deakle (Lee), Cynthia Woodham (Butch) and Bobbie Faggard (Denny); her grandchildren, Chad Deakle (Kim), Trey Deakle (Tara), Misty Eubanks (Daniel), Bryan Woodham (Mindy), Brad Woodham (Tiffany), Matthew Faggard (Chelsea), Gabe Faggard (Margot) and Zack Faggard; her great grandchildren, Meagan Cain (Joe), Mallory Deakle (Jessica), McKenlee Deakle, Jada Deakle, Cody Deakle, Avery Nolen, Connor Eubanks, Caroline Eubanks, Brandon Woodham, Jesse Woodham, Brady Woodham, Kaden Horton, Kynsleigh Horton and Finn Faggard; her great great grandchildren, Fletcher Cain, McCoy Cain and Lively Lowery; her niece Kim Patrick (Barry); and her grandson Lynn Nolen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
