It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Venable of Grant, Alabama, who passed away on May 17, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Venable to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Venable; her parents, Henley Overton and Ida Overton; and her siblings, Tyne, Clarence, Cornelia Overton, Irene Scott, Mildred Collacott, Ruth Suffrage, Grace Buis and JoAnn Dawson.
She is survived by: her son Richard Venable (Stephanie); and her grandsons, Adam (Lisa), Eric Venable (Jennifer) and Wesley Kennedy (Jackie). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donations to be made to the American Red Cross.
