He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Lewis and Leora Kirkland Lewis; his brother Billy Wayne Lewis; and his granddaughter Torie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Marie Lewis; his sons, Bobby Lewis (Cindy) and Steven Lewis (Teri); his stepsons, Quentin Smith and Ron Smith; his grandchildren, Tyler Lewis, Cody Lewis, Colton, Farrah, Cody Smith, Dyann, Breanna, Tyler Smith, Bridgette, Christopher, Chase, Clay, Alyssa, Chad, Brad, Kara and Kenzi; and his brother Gary Lewis (Kathy). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
