He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cecil Hulsey and Gyneth Duncan Deline. He is survived by: his grandmother Caryoldean Hulsey; his parents, Michael Hulsey (Connie) and Debbie Duncan; and his brothers, Kyle Hulsey (Taylor), Anthony Hulsey (Malia) and Christopher Hulsey (Magen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
