He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Paul and Marilyn Rose Waggoner; and his brothers, George T. Waggoner and Edward F. Waggoner. He is survived by: his significant other Beth Mills; his daughters, Alesha Ronat (Rob) of Edwardsville and Alexi Marti (Phil) of Highland, Illinois; his granddaughters, Etta Ronat, Millie Ronat and Katelyn Hagler (Blake); and his siblings, Blake Waggoner (Shelby), Karla Anderson (Dave) and Karen Premier (Gordon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
