She was predeceased by: her parents, Watson Griffin and Lucille Wiggins Griffin; her husband George E. Thomas; her son Bruce Thomas; and her siblings, Paul Griffin, Johnny Griffin, Jean Elizibeth Griffin, Margaret Griffin Coleman and Peggy Griffin McAteer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Griffin and Lorene Griffin Watson; her daughter Gretta T. Otts (David); her grandson Chris Thomas (Kimberly); and her great grandchildren, Patrick Thomas, Ann Griffin Thomas and Ridge Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church cemetery fund.
