He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kennedy and Ina Earle Kennedy; and his siblings, Mary Belle Bentley, Mildred Bentley, Woodrow Kennedy, Ina Mae Heartsill, Freddie Perdue, Edith Con Kennedy and Edna Gafford.
He is survived by: his sister Erin Lansdon of Montgomery; and his friend Sherrill Nichols. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
