We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 95, Velma Lee Blackmon of Greenville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Presley and Isabel Smith (Comer Blackmon); and her son Michael Blackmon. She is survived by : her children, Larry Blackmon (Martha) and Barbara Conley (Nenion); her daughter-in-law Debbie Blackmon; and her sister Pauline Alexander (Hubert). She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southside Baptist Church Senior Adult Ministry.
