He is survived by: his wife Michelle Phillips; his sons, Mike Phillips (June), Chris Phillips (Hilary), Gray Crenshaw (Bri) and Austin Day (Haley); his stepchildren, Andrea Day and Joshua Reaves (Stephanie); his sister Debra Stewart; his mother-in-law Ethel Davis; and his brother-in-law Andy Davis (Becki). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
