With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathryn Williams Benton of Grove Oak, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Benton; her parents, Buie Williams and Hannah Williams; her siblings, Stella Uptain, Peggy Williams and Wilbur Williams; and her granddaughter Allison Benton.
She is survived by: her son Shannon (Stacy Benton); her siblings, Myra Fricks of Grove Oak, Thomas Williams of Albertville and Jerry Williams of Crossville; her grandchildren, Bekki Worth (Brendon), Breanna Benton and Chloe Benton; and her great grandchild Adylynn WorthMrs.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. T Wilson Funeral Chapel (2226 Main St Shiloh, Rainsville, AL 35986). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
