He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Pinkney Cain and Sarah Elizabeth Cain; his wife Martha Cain; and his siblings, John D. Cain, Pete Cain, Beatrice Cain, Christenia Cain, Betty Revere and Erleen Pugh.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Cain (Stephanie) of Hamilton and Tina Galloway (Maurice) of Gonzales, LA; his grandchildren, Lauren Griffin (Josh) of Covington, LA, Jordan Cantrell (Maeleigh) of Covington, LA, Logan Cain (Jamie) of Henderson, TN and Jessica Galloway of Gonzales, LA; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Cain, Abbie Cain and Mack Griffin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Guin First Baptist Church (7622 US-43, Guin, AL 35563-3345). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
