He is survived by: his wife Jean Pugh; his children, David Pugh and Jacqueline Doss (Robert); his brother Joe Pugh; his grandchildren, Kelley Harrison (Michael), Justin Pugh (Jackie), Kasey Pugh (DG Barnes), Nina Doss (Brett Bierley), Jeremy Doss (Kayla), Deidre Monk (Hazan) and Candi McElroy-Doss (April); and his close friend Scout. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Guin Church of Christ (8335 US Hwy 43, Guin, AL 35563). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
