He is survived by: his girlfriend Lavonne Vaughn; his children, Michael Franks (Lorrie), Sharon Burnett (Bruce), Alfred Franks (Kay), Tracie Smith (Andy) and Stefanie Weeks (Carl); his grandchildren, Keith Burnett (Crystal), Jennifer Meador (Matt), Jeremy Franks Valerie (Lindsey), Allyson Fuller (Zac), Nathan Brown, Carley Cleary (Aidan), Alec Weeks (Carolyn) and Ty Weeks; and his sister Helen Goodwin. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
