He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Lee of Greensboro, NC, Raymond of Camano Island, WA, Marc of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Molly Phillips of Arlington, TN; and his siblings, Nancy Booth Satterfield, Betsy Hissink and John Guffey. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 5 grandsons and 5 great-grandchildren.
