Phronie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Phronie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phronie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Tollett; and her parents, Raymond South and Phronie King. She is survived by: her children, Paul Tollett and Cathi Bowden; and her siblings, Thomas Locklear, Martin Locklear and Sophia Locklear Jensen. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lagoon Baptist Church (17867 AL-180, Gulf Shores, AL 36542). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
