He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Garrett and Peggy Stewart Garvin; his sister Kathy Tapscott; and his sister-in-law Susan Garrett. He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Garrett and Kim Garrett (Peggy); his children, Wesley Garrett (Aphrodite), Hadley Davis (Jeremy), Charley Stanfield (Jay) and Jesse McWhorter; and his granddaughters, Avery Stanfield, Amina Garrett and Amaya Garrett.
