She was predeceased by: her parents, George Simmons and Doris Simmons; and her siblings, Robert Simmons, Steve Simmons and Melissa Simmons.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Moses; her children, Hannah Hilley (Danny), Joseph Moses (Christina) and David Moses (Gina); her sisters, Tammie Vincent and Charlene Lord (Brian); her grandchildren, Caleb, Michael, Victoria, Hayden, Kadence, Alexis, Emily, Danny and Karah; and her great grandchild Bella.
